As the end of the year is approaching, we want to thank you for your continued trust in us and our staff. We understand that you reserve the right to select your dentist, and we appreciate that you choose to continue your dental services with us.
With that said, we encourage our patients to maximize their remaining insurance benefits. Each year, your dental insurance provides you with a fixed maximum to use towards dental treatments. However, the funds your plan provides do not roll over as insurance plans typically expire by December 31st and restart at the beginning of the calendar year. Essentially, this is a “use it or lose it” annual benefit that is often overlooked and lost by dental patients at the end of the year.
We work with patients to accommodate several financing options that they may use with us. Many of our patients utilize flexible care plans with flexible spending account funds that expire when the calendar year ends. If this applies to you, we encourage you to maximize the funds allocated to your plan too!
Your health is important to us, and we want you to take full advantage of your benefits while receiving the dental care you deserve. Depending on your dental needs, you may have pending treatment to complete before the end of the year. Upon earning her degree from Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry in 1999, Dr. Phung began her journey in dentistry, dedicating her career to helping patients achieve their desired smile. She has completed continued education classes in full-mouth rehab, sleep apnea, and root canals, and specifically excels in esthetic dentistry.
Dr. Nguyen received his DMD degree in 2001 from Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry. His passion for dentistry drives him to continually learn new skills and improve existing ones. She continued her education for four years at the renowned Temple University's Kornberg School of Dentistry, where she became accredited to practice General Dentistry (DMD).

We consider your first visit the start of a long-term relationship with you. During your initial appointment, we will perform various tests to assess the condition of your oral health and to create a dental plan based on your unique, individual needs. We accept most PPO dental insurance, cash, check and credit card. We will include a breakdown of all fees, estimated insurance payments and your estimated out of pocket cost to you in the treatment plan before any treatment is rendered. If we are a Participating Provider with your insurance plan, you will only be required to pay for your deductibles and estimated copays. We will then file the claim to your insurance. Any remaining balance after the claim has cleared will be billed to you. We will file insurance claims and help you maximize your dental insurance benefits.
